I believe you are a book lover like me.. So here's a blog to help you get access to the best free ebook websites. I have searched the internet for months to to get downloadable pdf ebooks, and have downloaded some of the latest ones by leading authors. It took months of hard work for me to get even a few of the ones I now have, but for you, its easy!!!
Getting down to business, here's a list of websites that give away ebooks for free:
- INTEX BLOGGER This site has some of the latest Ebook releases for free download. All the available books are in pdf format. You can get a list of books by clicking on the Ebooks Library tab. But the authors of this site have been unresponsive for some time. Also, there are many broken links and many ebooks are not available. But the last time I checked, Brisingr, Christopher Paolini latest release, was available for download. I'd hurry if I were you!!!
- FREE BOOK SPOT.NET This one is my favourite, mainly due to the sheer volume of content! It has various Categories including ebooks of the latest popular magazines like Reader's Digest, PC World, Time, etc. Also mainstream fiction ebooks are found in abundance. The only drawback is that most of the ebooks have to be downloaded from a filesharing site like Rapidshare, which does not allow many downloads for free users. Of course, if you have a Premium account, then no problems for you!! I also think that this website is being run by sincere people, so you must donate if you can.
- EBOOKS BAY.ORG This is a very effective ebook search engine, with links to many sites. It also has many categories to choose from. This site is not as good as the other two, bet it is very popular for indexing ebooks.
- FREE-EBOOKS.NET If you do not want to break any copyright laws, then this site is for you. It contains enormous amounts of ebooks on all subjects, but only those which have expired copyrights. You will find most of the classics here, along with a vast collection of self-help books. This is the most professional site of all, and with easily the largest collection.
